How this list is generated

Data Source

This list is based on publicly available U.S. visa sponsorship filings from 2025. We analyze which companies actually sponsored professionals in each job category and experience level.

SOC Titles (Standard Occupational Classification)

SOC titles are standardized job categories used by the U.S. Department of Labor. When you search for a job category, we match it against actual SOC titles from visa filings. For example, searching "Software Developer" will find companies that sponsored professionals with titles like "Software Developers, Applications", "Software Developers, Systems Software", and similar variations.

The autocomplete dropdown shows you the exact SOC titles available in our database, along with how many companies sponsored professionals in each category.

Experience Levels (Wage Levels)

Companies are ranked based on how many professionals they sponsored at your selected experience level:

  • Entry-level (Level-1): Entry-level positions, typically requiring minimal experience
  • Mid-level (Level-2): Qualified positions requiring some experience
  • Senior-level (Level-3): Experienced positions requiring substantial expertise
  • Expert-level (Level-4): Fully competent positions requiring advanced expertise

The ranking shows companies that sponsored the most professionals at your selected level, helping you identify employers actively hiring at your experience level.

Ranking Logic

Companies are sorted by the number of visa filings at your selected experience level, in descending order. This means companies at the top of the list sponsored more professionals at your level than those below.

Each company card shows both the number of filings at your selected level and their total filings across all levels, giving you a complete picture of their sponsorship activity.
